Standard 14 payment terms unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Please ensure invoices are paid at the earliest convenience upon receipt and by the due date at the very latest.

Right(s) of use of delivered products, services, and music usage licenses pass to the customer only upon receipt of payment and any media delivered or created in relation to a service we have provided should not be used or broadcast in any form before payment is received.

If any queries arise concerning an invoice please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Interest (at 8% over the Bank of England base rate) and compensation for debt recovery will be charged on overdue payments pursuant to statutory law under the Late Payment legislation. Please ensure any scheduled worked is cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice before work is due to take place. Work cancelled within 24 hours before starting will be charged at a 50% rate.
